About: The Ulster Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

I took my elderly mother to a dermatology appointment in the Ulster Hospital. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The receptionist was very welcoming and after a short wait Dr Surgenor did a thorough assessment. Nurse Alison and student nurse Ellen  took the biopsy. Alison was so warm and friendly to my mum and put us at complete ease. All in all a five star service. Thank you.
