Had a hard time getting an appointment with the a doctor and was offered an appointment with the pharmacist. I was not expecting the pharmacist to be able to help.
However the pharmacist I spoke to was amazing and was able to help me with with my depression and called me back in 2 weeks to see how I was. He also managed to get me off some of me medication that I did not need.
He was also very helpful to my mum and was able to explain to me what medicines are for and why she needs them.
Excellent service and definitely not something I expected a pharmacist can do compared to the one in the pharmacy.
