The SNHMC doctors never reply to emails despite an automated reply which states: “Thank you for submitting your Feedback form. We will try to respond to all queries within 2 working days.”
Written requests to renew a prescription are often overlooked meaning that you have to telephone reception to complain lest you run out of medication.
Time-keeping at this practice is exceptionally poor and you almost always have a long wait.
Communicating with a doctor is very difficult and has been made worse since the pandemic by the long and tedious messages when you telephone and the many forms when you use their website.
Sadly, I get the impression that these doctors have little desire to help you when you are in trouble.
I recommend that you register with a better practice.
