"Bad service"

About: Custom House Surgery

I had skin infection face. I am 73 years old and live alone. I was unable to get face to face appointment. Told fill in form then wait for call. Prescribed ointment after phonecall. This took skin off face leaving skin in worse condition. Rang doctors again told to fill in another form for another call in meantime infection even worse. Ask pharmacist Boots for advice told Ring 111. They did video link after taking all details and prescribed antibiotics. These weren't strong enough as infection so bad. Another lot of antibiotics leaving my stomach upset and face with raw skin. This practice needs to take better care of the patients. Asking for guidance from reception staff falls on deaf ears. Find pharmacist in Boots more helpful. Not all aliments can be dealt with by phonecall. How has this been allowed to happen. AE overcrowed with people who have not been able to access doctors service. Disgusting.
