"welcoming staff"

About: Lurgan Hospital / Ward 2

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came to lurgan hospital just under a week ago, the ambulance bought me over, and there wasn’t much of a wait I think it was around an hour or so. The paramedics were very lovely and gave me something to help with the pain. Once I arrived at lurgan all of the staff couldn’t have been any more welcoming. I was offered tea and biscuits whilst I waited for my bed to be made up and everyone was so friendly. My room was cleaned so perfectly, the cleaners come round about 3 times a day to make sure everything is in good shape.
