About: Dr Ap Blight's Practice

When you actually are given a doctors appointment the Doctors are generally very good . The problem is the Receptionists. They are generally extremely dismissive and rude. Talking over you in an aggressive manor. When you attempt to complain it just falls on deaf ears. There is no need to be rude or obstructive. I very rarely visit the doctors because I find the whole process exhausting. They say treat people how you expect to be treated well I think the Reception team need to do the same. How many awful reviews doe is take for Ashfield to realise there is a big problem here???!!!

I am very sorry that your experience of the practice was as you described and I will be looking into this as a matter of urgency.

While the impression some might have is of them preventing you from seeing a doctor, they are simply following the instructions of the practice to ensure that patients see the most appropriate member of our team for their ailment.

In order to investigate this thoroughly if would help to know more details of your visit to the surgery. Please contact the practice and ask to speak to either the practice manager or deputy manager.
