"Been diagnosed wrong more than a few occasions "

In the past I was told by a GP I had rabbies.. after weeks of medication and medicating my whole family along side washing ever fibre in my home and destroying a very expensive rug.. and still no cure, so went back to the GP and was told by another GP that I had eczema!

Again a week ago I went in with belly aches and a protruding belly, was told by the GP it will settle and was sent away! Only for the pains to continue, went to A&E on the advice of a nurse at work, I was told by the doctor at A&E that I needed movical to help movement with my stool as the painkillers could of caused this a blockage.

You can never get an appointment or a telephone consultation as they are always fully booked. To speak to reception is a minimum 1 hour wait.

This surgery was the best before.. now its absolutely awful, no regards for their patience health or mental wellbeing.

If you love yourself or your family avoid like the plague as they will not help you.

Our reception teams deal very high volumes of incoming calls and unfortunately this had led to long waiting times in the call queue.
