"Just appauling "

Impossible to get an appointment, a prescription or any other service. The website is about as useful as a chocolate teapot, you are referred elsewhere at every opportunity or cut off by the telephone system after hours of waiting. Used 111, NHS app and even emailing the practice to get a medication review but to no avail, in the end it was quicker to change surgery. If you are sick this is not the place you want to be registered!
