"Medication review "

I feel I must leave a positive review in such times when we’re all quick to criticise when people are usually trying to do their best.

This morning I have had a telephone appointment for a routine medication review with the clinical pharmacist. The appointment was arranged by the surgery and sent to me by text, I didn’t need to book it myself.

The pharmacist was patient, understanding and professional. A very positive experience, thank you.
