"Pathetic excuses from reception "

I rang to make an appointment due to a lump developing on the side of my left eye. I saw a practical assistant who was informed by a GP to take a picture of it..& given ointment via a photo . On Saturday I waited 7 hours in A&E & the Dr informed me that the GP was incompetent to do that & should have referred me to a dermatologist. Also, i needed my blood results & the receptionist said your bloods are ok aswell as your allergies but the Ige is higher not sure why. You need to make an appointment to see the Dr to explain it to you. Since Monday 27th June I've been trying to see a Dr face to face but no spots available. I call everyday with no outcome & I'm not registered online via the surgery to use the online service..the GP surgery is appalling & the receptionist are rude, unhelpful & nosy. I sometimes feel they make the decision about patients whether to give them appointments or not. The practice manager is never available if you want to make a complaint. Everytime I call I'm always being told that we're a busy surgery. I doubt that because most of the times you never answer the phones or feel with patients who come into the surgery. One time this surgery was good but now it's appalling with the receptionist & GP's who usher you out & will only give you 5mins to discuss your ailments. As a tax payer & someone who pays for their prescriptions & given irrelevant medication to my ailment it's disgusting that your putting patients lives @ risk.
