(as a service user),

The support I've got from Inclusion is 2nd to none, they helped me make changes that I couldn't do on my own, they didn't judge me when I stumbled, just showed me how to get back up and look forward. Looking forward to trying acupuncture.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your story. It's good to hear you have felt supported by staff as you made changes and also that you did not feel judged when times were more challenging. Really interesting to read what you said about stumbling....we all stumble I suppose, it's the getting up again which is the important part and what builds our resilience. Sounds like you have worked hard to get there.

I hope you have had the chance to go to an Acupuncture session by now. I would highly recommend it, it's a fantastic treatment!
