"Professional but warm and understanding"

My appointment with Catherine was so refreshing. She was professional but warm and understanding. Explained everything fully and calmed any reservations I may have had about my cataract surgery. She was on time and efficient, the NHS is going through a tough time and as an employee with a GP surgery I understand the stress. Catherine was a breath of fresh air and a real asset.

It is so great to see that your appointment with Catherine went well as she explained everything and calmed reservations you had regarding your surgery. I'm so pleased to see that you had such a positive experience.

I am writing to you as a member of the Patient Experience team, but I will ensure your feedback is forwarded to the appropriate team - I am sure they will all be pleased to receive it. We will also make sure that Catherine gets a special 'thank you' through our Learning from Excellence scheme.
