"Excellent care"

My experience of Springhead Health has always been positive. My queries are dealt with efficiently, and all the staff are welcoming. The GP's I have had telephone consultations with have always been caring and listened. Administration staff are great. I am on a lot of medications now and I have never had an issue with my prescriptions. You have to allow time for a busy NHS practice to process queries....to expect anything immediately is unreasonable. I usually receive a response much sooner than anticipated. I am grateful to all the staff at Springhead.
