About: St. Werburgh Med. Practice

Trying to get an appointment at this practice is virtually impossible. Phones are answered by machine, then into a queue, up to an hour wait to find no appointments available.

Visit to make an appointment and the receptionist will say book by phone !

Complained about the service to the receptionist who had no interest at all.

If this practice were a private business they would go bankrupt with such inept management.

with the every increasing population and ageing existing patients the local residents deserve a service that works and delivers. This practice fails at the first hurdle. It would be impossible to recommend their service to anyone. Anybody with a chronic condition would be likely to die first
