"My care at the Ambulatory Emergency Care Unit"

About: Milton Keynes Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I was sent to this unit 2 weeks in a row and was obviously quite anxious as I was unsure what would happen, on both occasions I felt comfortable and welcome, all staff were constantly checking that all was well and offered drinks and food if needed, when all tests were completed I was taken into a room with a doctor and nurse present who explained their findings and what would happen next, at no time did they rush or make me feel unworthy of their time, thank you all so much you are very special people.
