I had cause to visit A&E at St RIchards hospital early in the morning , I duly signed my information on a computer type screen and sat down just under an hour I was called by a young nurse who asked me some further questions and then was taken to another waiting are then I was seen by a young hospital orderly who inserted a calendula for to take blood samples etc he also took my blood pressure , then I was seen by a doctor who examined me explained what the problem was talked me through what I needed to do even wrote it down for me , after I went and sat back down to await my discharge if everything was ok , I must say EVERYBODY was so helpful, everybody were working to get things done , right through from the domestics to the doctors , nurses and the lady who brought us tea and a sandwich , all so helpful , even with a shortage of staff everything went smoothly like clockwork , there was a few hours in between but chatting to the other patients was interesting , thanks to everyone concerned , you all were air to the NHS ...
"Excellent care "
