"Constant bladder infections"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

Having suffered from very regular urine tract infections I sought help. After various courses of antibiotics from my doctors ( who by the way are fantastic) I was sent to Barnstaple for further investigation where a small benign tumour was detected in my bladder wall.

Within a very short time I was recalled and Mr JWH Evans removed it.

I have recently been for a post procedure follow up and have had no problem since.

The whole experience from doctors to investigation to resolution was handled not only in the most professional and expert way but with the utmost compassion, dignity and friendliness.

Dear augustfs95

Many thanks for leaving such positive feedback regarding your treatment under the Urology Team at Barnstaple Hospital. I am so pleased you found your treatment pathway to be a positive experience and that you found the staff treated you with compassion, dignity and friendliness. I will pass on your feedback to Mr Misra, our Lead Consultant Urologist, Ansu Manoj, our Lead Urology Nurse and, of course, to Mr Evans.

May I wish you well for any further treatment you may need with us in the future.

Thank you again for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Kind regards
