My children have needed a few appointments recently and the surgery have been great, we got through quickly and got appointments, even if no appointments available the staff gave good advice and were kind. In such an overstretched, underfunded system where staff are on their knees this was very impressive. Well done everyone and thank you. Eleanor B

Dear Eleanor,

Thank you very much for sharing your positive experience, it is appreciated. We have recently been able to implement some improvements to our telephone service and are continuing to recruit additional staff, both of which should enable us to provide a quicker response time.
