(as a service user),

The staff on this ward have been brilliant, the level of care they are providing is amazing, and the communication with them is great. I have been getting regular updates on my care and if I have any questions they always help me understand and give me answers. The ward itself is very well looked after it’s always clean and the facilities are in good condition. The only thing I would say is it’s very hard to pass time and its annoying the way the visitors can only come for one hour a day.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about the care you have received and the level of communication in 3 south.

I appreciate the days can be long when you are in hospital with only a one hour daily visit but I hope my staff continue to provide support throughout your recovery.
