(as a service user),

I was anxious about attending for a hearing aid fitting but felt reassured by the professionalism of Kelly who demonstrated skill, empathy and patience plus a lovely sense of humour. Kelly was a credit to NHS Lanarkshire and, hopefully, she's appreciated.
