About: South West Acute Hospital / Outpatient clinics

(as a service user),

I am receiving excellent care via Dr.Khan and the team of nursing staff, at the day out patient department, ward one, SWAH. Dr.Khan has shown professional and efficient standard of care throughout the treatments I have received so far. The pharmacy staff are accommodating and afforded me a vert professional and dedicated level of care too. Finally, I am most grateful for the professional care I have received at the SWAH, and trust this facility remains available in the future.

We as a team are delighted to receive such positive feedback in relation to our Same Day Emergency Care service. We endeavour to provide patients with the medical and nursing intervention they require with this service whilst avoiding a full hospital admission and take great satisfaction knowing that patients like yourself are benefiting from this service.
