I have needed to visit this department many times over the past 2 or 3 years - trouble with ear infections and with hearing aid problems. Whether it's been talking on the phone or in face to face appointments I have always been impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff - from the receptionists to the nursing or audiology staff. Definitely a 5 star department.
