"Care and enjoyment in last weeks of life"

I wanted to say that my mum could not have been in better care than with St Lukes. I cannot tell you how grateful I am as was my mum. At her time of need in her end weeks of life you gave her peace, help and encouragement.

Without St Lukes and the (Harrow Community) Palliative team, mainly Nitta, my mum would not have enjoyed her last weeks of life.

You not only supported mum but me also and I cannot thank you enough for that too. You achieved mum's mish and we are thankful for your help & encouragement.

St Lukes is an amazing organisation which has such amazing people such as yourself and your whole team. I choose to keep mum at home as that was her wish and it was the right choice which you made happen so again I cannot thankyou enough.

St Lukes is the best care provider and I will always continue to support the work you do.
