I was originally staying with my partner for a week having come down from Scotland, however having stayed for almost 5 weeks now due to rupturing my Achilles… I needed the services of a temporary GP surgery.

I have various needs due to the injury including pain management and advice. Also some repeat prescription requests as I’ve been in Winchester for longer than expected.

I have to say, every single member of staff has been friendly, caring and helpful to me. My mind has been put at rest just asking for advice and knowing I don’t need to worry about anything. Prescriptions when required have been delivered to a local pharmacy so quickly. All my calls with everyone have been quickly returned and have always had the best outcome, be it a prescription or just putting my mind at rest.

I genuinely can’t thank everyone enough for how they have treated me during a pained and stressful time!!
