(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My Care in the hospital has been alright so far. The nursing staff have been very nice to me with the empathy that they have shown towards me has made the care that I have received a lot better than I would expect. The doctors have been alright and have done very well in helping me understand everything about my treatment. The food and cleanliness of the ward have been excellent and have made the stay so much easier and has allowed me to recover with no issues what so ever

Thankyou for taking the time to provide feedback on your admission to Ward 2 STH.

I am delighted that you have experienced empathy from the Nursing team and that the doctors have taken the time to explain what is going on. The team both Nursing and medical ensure that they lead the care delivery planned for you using a person centered approach. I will ensure to share this information with all the team.

The domestic staff do an incredible job at maintaining the cleanliness of all our clinical areas to ensure it is maintained.
