"Trying bath lifts"

About: Independent Living Centre

(as the patient),

Myself & my husband were made to feel very welcome at the ILC we were asked lots of questions about what I needed. I was shown various bath lifts which were explained in great detail about how to use, pros & cons to each one & we were also given an idea of the cost.

The OT demonstrated each of the bath lifts to us before letting me try them out, she explained all the time what to do so I felt safe & was very happy to answer all our questions.

The ILC was a great place to try out products before you buy them & making sure that it was the best lift for my needs. We left confident of our choice & was given a brochure & the details of where we could buy from locally.

I would definitely recommend.
