Called my GP for an appointment at 8am they told me they had no appointments, to call 111, I called at 8:36 received a call back at 18:30, 10 hours later! Absolutely unacceptable! This is where the taxpayers money is going and it is shameful! You are abandoning your patients, complete disregard.
