"Doctor did not phone me back"

About: Albion Place Medical Practice

I rang the surgery this morning and was told that the doctor would call me this afternoon from 2pm to 4:30pm, it is now 5:55pm and no phone call. I am in a lot of pain and will have to go to the hospital. This surgery should be closed down, sooner than later
