I today received my 4th cancellation text of my injection that’s meant to happen Monday. I am in your pain clinic meetings, every Wednesday to try and get “alternative” treatment. But the injection is what I need. We are approaching a year of being in physical pain, given the “tester” injection and it was the light at the end of the tunnel. For it now to be snatched away again and again and again. This is a complete waste of time, an absolute car crash for my mental health as it always happens to be cancelled within a day or two of the injection. So you gear yourself up to finally be pain free and then you have to mentally reset for another 6-8 weeks Minimum. You cannot move regions, you cannot travel further. There is no actual explanation or apology. It’s a computer sent message that does not care that it’s now my forth cancellation, there’s no empathy. What’s the point in offering a service that never follows through? Or can actually uphold an appointment. If it wasn’t literally the only relief I get I’d tell you to stuff it. It’s the worst experience in my life.
