About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

I attended the childrens hospital A&E Glasgow with my 9 year old daughter. On arrival to the main entrance we were greeted by a lovely HCSW, I can only apologise I have forgotten his name but he was working the night shift. He had such a positive manner and attitude, very engaging and helpful. Please pass on this positive praise to him.
