About: Carisbrooke Surgery

Attended the practice as my wife is allergic to bee stings (has ended up in hospital three times) couldn't see a doctor , receptionist was very difficult and not at all understanding, said we had to have a phone call assessment, so we went home, wife in tears! We got a call from the doctor half an hour later asking us to come into the surgery! Waste of time for everyone, I had to take a day of work to do all the running round, you can see why people go to A &E
