"staff on ward have all been 100%"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came in through the emergency department on Sunday around 4:30, I didn’t have to wait to get attention from staff, they seen me straight away. Everything down in ED was great, I was happy with the way the staff have treated me. The staff on the trauma ward have all been 100% there providing great care to me. I have a lot of room in the bay and it’s very clean, the toilets and other facilities are always spotless thanks to the cleaners, who work really hard throughout the day. The food is brilliant especially because there is so many to feed. The menu also has so much options, almost too much, that it’s hard to choose! I’m glad that the visiting has opened up and I also agree that there should only be one visitor. As I think there’s nothing worse than when you’re sick and there’s about 3 or 4 people crowding round your bed, one Is just enough. Also it’s also easier to use your phone now, to call your family members.
