Impressed with speed of being able to book an appointment and have assessment with the consultant - was really pleased with experience up to this point. At my assessment, I requested a written copy of my results. We're now over 4 months on and I've not yet heard from Nuffield, despite chasing the consultants secretary and raising the issue with the complaints team. It would appear that once payment has been received, the service ends there.
