"5 star Urgent Care department"

In short I attend this department, on referal from my GP.   This resulted in my staying in the department  for the day (8 1/2 hours).  Throughout this terrible eposode the staff in the Unit were absolute experts in providing care and understandin the stresss of treatment to ensure I was kept informed, supported and respected.  This level of service was outstanding and very professional.    For give the pun but 'just what the doctor ordereed'!
