Have been waiting for a call back for 2 days... Still nothing. I had two calls over night (1am & 4 am) which woke me up.. the operator just said that I'm now in the top of the queue and will be called soon. 20 hours later still the nurse hasn't called me. Calls to 111 make life more difficult. I'm switching my phone off tonight!
