"Trying to get an appointment"

About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I have tried to contact over three different days.  All I get is a message saying that the line is busy, please hold or try later.... every time I have been on hold for more than an hour.

I need a coil removed and a new one as I need to have HRT. Unless this can be done I can't have HRT. The doctors can't do this as my pelvis is quite a way back.

This has made me feel frustrated and upset as I need to move on with medication.
