Accident and emergency has been fine, I just do not like waiting about but that cannot be helped. The level of care has been good, I cannot complain. The place always has cleaners about and it is spotless. I think I picked a good time to come in as it is quite quiet.

The staff are outstanding. They are so overworked, and do not get enough credit for it in accident and emergency. They are always trying their best, and can tell with the way they look after everyone.
