"Shocking "

I've got an infection which my course of antibiotics hasn't cleared up, I'm feeling extremely unwell and called up yesterday at 6pm. I was told I'd have a doctor call me within 2 hours but 2 hours later they called me to say it was very busy and would take longer. I stayed up to 2am waiting for a call which never came. It's now 9am the next day and I still haven't received a call. This is absolutely shocking service, in Northern Ireland the out of hours doctors always call you back within a few hours. To not call back at all is horrendous, what do they expect people to do, this service is an absolute joke. The online service is also not fit for purpose as it kept saying I just had a cold!? My doctor said I have a kidney infection! Ridiculous
