Attended the Minor Injuries Unit on a Saturday afternoon within one hour of calling 111. Assessed and sent to Salisbury A&E where we were seen within 20 mins of arriving, assessed and a minor op needed, which was done around 10pm the same evening. Thank you for your help and speed of diagnosis and outcome. Fab service and all staff have been so helpful and comforting. We are so lucky to have the NHS and their amazing staff.
