(as a service user),

I have had numerous virtual visits, i think they are wonderful, really good for families to stay connected when they cant get into see their loved ones, just to be able to see their faces for both parties is very reassuring, and makes you feel more at ease, its very easy to use and the lady organising it is lovely.
