"Efficient service and caring nurse"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

We arrived in A&E last night to a 3 hour wait - which while we were there increased to 8 hours. Fortunately there was an incredibly kind nurse who helped my daughter and managed to patch her up, even when her shift had ended. She commented she couldn’t have young children wait for hours. We are so , so grateful and appreciate the amazing work and care which the staff give. It’s a tough time at the moment and you are so very much appreciated by us. Thank you to that special and caring nurse who went out of her way to help us- end when her shift should have ended. We were in and out in an hour.
