"Kind and responsive"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

My 81 year old brother-in-law has had three trips to West Mid A &E over the last several weeks with severe breathing difficulties. The cumulative experience has shown me that the staff there are consistently responsive, warm, kind, efficient and professional. He has now been admitted again for further investigations.

I’m most impressed.
