"Hospital doctor falsely stating that patient…"

About: Western Eye Hospital

I attended a scheduled appointment on Tuesday 14th: was there for 3 hrs 10 mins. The next day I received a copy of a letter sent to my GP stating that I did not turn up. The email address given on W Eye letterhead appears to be non-existent so I have been unable to object to this extraordinary behaviour, which I think may be the doctor having confused me with another patient. I have been attending for treatment for five years, and while there is always a long wait - the best probably two hrs and the worst over four - I have not encountered such extraordinary incompetence.
