My dad is in ward 12C and I have to say that every single person I encountered were friendly, willing to help and doing a great job. My dad has been looked after so well. His sheets are clean and changed everyday, he is bathed and served good food. He is really happy and so am I.
Every time I have called to speak to my dad, the staff have been so lovely and pass the phone to him and also charge his mobile so I can speak to him. The team in 12C are amazing and go above and beyond for their patients.
My dad was scared to have surgery but it was so lovely to hear that he was comforted and reassured by the doctors and nurses until he was calm and happy to proceed.
I can’t thank the nurses and doctors enough for the care and attention they are giving my dad.
They should all get a pay rise and receive medals. 12C are absolutely excellent and a real asset to the NHS and Royal London Hospital!
