"Excellent Service"

Have seen the news regarding Countess of Chester being classed as inadequate including Breast Cancer Unit concerning delays in appointments. I saw my doctor on a Friday due to finding a lump in my breast. Within a week I got a call and offered an appointment. Went on day and luckily was diagnosed with Fat Necrosis following a horse bite the year before. Due to the last two years I just felt it would be nice to give you some gratitude for excellent service as it must be awful to get such negative coverage. Thank you
