About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I spent half a day in day care with my 95 year old mother yesterday for a pain management appointment. The consultant was kind, gentle and patient, as he always is. All of the staff were very busy but never too busy to be respectful, thoughtful and helpful. Well done, everyone, and thank you.
