I came back to Plymouth a year ago and oh my god how this surgery has gone way down hill in 5 years!!, impossible to actually see a doctor!, I've had receptionists be rude, uncaring and lie to me! talking about the receptionists!, who decided it'd be a good idea to give untrained individuals the power to actually talk to you about your problems?, I've called about personal issues and been told I cant get a doctor to call me (because you can never see one!) until I tell a "receptionist" all about it??

now because the reception needs to know everything call waiting times are in excess of 15-20 minutes most times!

prescription requests are again a joke, I have a serious back injury which puts me in excruciating pain most days, I requested my script at the weekend, only to get a text last thing at night to say i had to speak to a doctor, after 40 call waiting time i spoke to reception, i was told i had to speak to a doctor and the nearest appointment was a week on Wednesday ( this was the Monday the week before?) I told him I couldn't be without my pain relief and only had two left, "oh don't worry, once I make the appointment I can request your meds and they'll be ready tomorrow", no meds next day, I'm in pain!, no meds the following day!, I'm in terrible pain!, I call back and am told the doctor cancelled the script and doesn't give a reason???, or a phone call!, text!! or email apparently!! What happened to caring about your patients?, Hippocratic oath and all that jazz?

My advice is this, if your are in need of any regular meds or face to face doctor appointments go anywhere but here!!
