(as the patient),

I felt so relaxed from the minute I arrived in the ambulance from the airport by two very helpful medics straight through to my room ,and from then on it was a lot of questions and was given all of what would happen in the leading up my operation. Which really made me feel so very good. The food was very good as it just tasted like home cooking, so from beginning to the end it seemed like clockwork so in my mind every one of the staff should be very proud of themselves from cleaners to surgeons thank you so much
