"Working professionally under pressure"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

The staff from reception, security, triage, xray to doctors all amazing. We were there 6 hours and in that time my 90 year old mum was treated with respect, care and reall professionalism. The place was absolutely jammed but they remained calm even when someone attacked a member of staff. Over the years I have lost faith in medical people but these staff deserve a medal they really do. Unfortunately there were some people who came in with things that could have been dealt with elsewhere but they still remained professional. The powers that be should be extremely proud to have staff like this. And so you can find out it was monday the 13th june 10-4
