"The personal touch"

About: Scarborough General Hospital / Gynaecology

One day mid May at Scarborough hospital , I went in to have a laparoscopy after getting a breast cancer diagnosis . The day staff team were amazing so helpful , but the consultant Ms Jordan was amazing, her manners and personal touch is second to none , I felt like I was in private care. Also the anaesthetist and her team down stairs where so kind and thoughtful, I was surrounded by about 4 when I was going in to theatre, really top class team well done to you all thanks .
